Reasonable prices.
Extremely poor customer service.
Customer service is poor - they advertise that they take 3 days to answer queries raised on manage your bookings. I have so far waited for a month and they have not yet contacted me about my enquiry. This is despite phoning them on 3 occasions and bringing this to their attention and receiving promises that it would be brought to the attention of the supervisor. They apologise for the delay and as yet I'm still no further forward.
