Cheap prices. Usually a few quid less than anyone else. It is easy to advertise cheap prices for Chemist Direct because they didn't seem to have any of my ordered items in stock regardless of stating on the website that the items were in stock.
They debited my account instantly only to come back a few days later informing me that the products were discontinued.
Case in point Hydor Ario 2 that they advertise on the website. Cancelled the order saying it had been discontinued (Hydor released the updated model just short time ago), but they still have the 1, 3 and 4 all from the same range still sat there to order.
