Good Points

The staff were friendly. The airports shops, eating facilities and transport links are excellent.

Bad Points

Gatwick has the worst delays in the UK and the security is quite slow (just over 20 minutes)

General Comments

I really Liked Gatwick airport. The shops and eating facilities are 10/10. The Transport links are really good but are only 8/10 because they're so busy!
