There are no good points about E&L insurance.

General Comments

I wish I'd read this before I'd taken out policies on both my pets. There is no way you can contact them other than by letter. If you try phoning it goes straight to answer phone, if you email you get an automated response which isn't followed up within the 10 days they state, in fact you never get a response to either method.
