I like that the diet is structured. You don't have to plan for yourself what you're going to eat each day and are therefore not tempted to nibble. The boundaries are set - all you have to do is follow them.
None for me.
Since moving in with my boyfriend I have felt the weight slowly creeping on and decided to take action b4 things got to far. I weighed myself on Monday morning and was 9 stone 12lbs.
I followed the diet quite closely. I used frozen mixed veg (carots/cauliflower/peas) for the evening meals and replaced day 2 tuc crackers with a slice of bread. I also substituted the melon on the final day for an apple.
Realistically i hoped to lose about 4lbs, so i was understandably chuffed when i weighed myself Thursday morning to find i had lost 6lbs!
I intend to eat healthy smaller portions in general and then to repeat the 3 day diet each week Monday to Wednesday until i reach my desired weight of 8 stone 12lbs. Wish me luck!
