Poor customer service, huge delays in getting gifts.
All we can say is that we wish we had read some of the reviews on this site before deciding to go with Wrapit for our wedding register. Our wedding was in Dec 07 and we closed our list in early January. It took more than three months for us to get any gifts and our first delivery was only a result of constant chasing up on our part. We have had two more deliveries since then but again only after numerous phone calls and emails to Wrapit and have still received only half our gifts. Last week we gave up and have decided to get a refund from Wrapit for the outstanding gifts and we will buy them elsewhere. It's not just the ridiculous delays for the gifts but also the terrible customer service which has made us so angry and upset. Our poor guests have paid for gifts months ago and wrapit have failed to provide what they promised they would. There has been no follow up on their part and a lousy £100 compensation was only offered after months of telephone calls.
