excessive late payment charges
I have been a Simply Be customer for about a year, my bill was down to £15.31 and I missed a monthly payment because I never received the bill which reminds me to make a payment.
Simply Be contacted me and informed me that they had put a £24 late payment charge onto my account, i thought this was excessive and even though i promptly cleared my outstanding bill (for my goods only) they wouldn't drop or negotiate this excessive charge. I don't mind a fair charge to cover the cost of them phoning me to ask for a payment but £24 seems excessive.... read the fine print before signing up!
