Good Points

Delivery date quickly arranged.
Delivery then confirmed by phone 2 days beforehand.
Item arrived on delivery day during allocated time slot.


Bad Points

When placing an order online there is no guarantee that the item ordered will be in stock.


General Comments

I read endless bad reviews about Dixons but decided to chance it as they were offering the washing machine I wanted at a considerable saving to every other retailer I had looked at. Perhaps I was just lucky or maybe they have pulled their socks up but it all went smoothly and I have no complaints. I certainly would consider using them again in the future.
