After numerous telephone calls and emails galore no joy. Was told their credit machine was broken, they have had 3 replacements and were unable to credit my account. I asked for a cheque to refund my money which they assured me was in the post but 2 weeks on still waiting, spoke to the director this morning and he has promised a cheque to his secretary to day to go first class and it should be with me tomorrow. I shall wait and see. I have kept a copy of all my communications with them and intend passing them on to "Watchdog" the flowers were ordered May 4th for delivery on May 7th they arrived May 13th dead to my sister in law it spoilt her surprise as i had to ask her did she receive them. I also sent a photo of the condition of the "12 beautiful roses" of which i have a copy
The only good comment I can make was that the secretary was polite, I feel sorry for her having to tell me the refund was sent and that the cheque was in the post.
