High cost, poor service.

General Comments

Having a one bedroom flat you would expect you gas and electricity to be at a decent cost but NO. I am continually paying hundreds of pounds a month. Even as i have had to move i have not received my final bill but was advise i now owe them over £700 electricity and £500 for the gas. eh am i missing something here. How on earth can i use this amount in a one bedroom flat. Also now they have sent the bill to a agency for recover after one week and i am on the phone asking for my final bill.
