Friendly staff, very quick to settle my claim.
None at all.
My car was hit while parked, I reported the claim to the claims dept, I had to wait 3 months to get my car repaired as the other party wouldnt talk to his insurance (nothing to do with Tesco) after the 3rd month they finally admitted fault. Tesco arranged for my car to be collected, it was taken away for a week, I was given a lovely Vauxhall Astra to use instead, they delivered my car back - it was great. No issues at all.
Just on the back of what some one else said tesco are not owned by direct line, but Direct Line and Tesco are owned by RBS!
