Shiny. Looks good
Doesn't work. Little backup from supplier. Can't get repaired or refunded. Leaked. Timer doesn't work. Seal broke. Most expensive per cup machine I've ever owned.
Do not buy a Briel Versatile Due, or any other Briel. If it's anything like mine, I'm sure you WILL be sorry.
I would suggest that judging from the usernames the last 2 good reviews are actually from the suppliers in Portugal?
Buy a much cheaper one or a much more expensive one, but I will never buy Briel again!
