Slow speeds, shocking customer service regarding contracts
General Comments
I soon realised that Toucan was not for me and wrote to let them know that I would not be renewing my landline/broadband package contract with them. Had to stick it out to bitter end as could not afford penalty. Subsequently signed up with new service provider who said no need to contact Toucan as they would do all the necessary. Paid up to date, only to be pestered with numerous phone calls to not only my mobile, but my husband's too! They are demanding that I pay for broadband as I didn't specify that it was part of the cancellation. As I had a package deal from them I am refusing to pay this ludicrous charge & have informed them that they are actually harassing me, which is an offence. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TOUCAN!
