Good Points

Wide fit, comfortable, good sole.
Customer service responded same day, though don't know what the outcome will be yet.

Bad Points

Waterproofing failed miserably.

General Comments

Don't buy if you want dry feet. Second time I've bought boots with 'event' waterproofing systems (first pair not Karrimor) and both times they've failed well before12 months of use. Will stick to boots with goretex linings from now on.
