Nice staff. But nothing gets done.
Woe behold you if an un-insured driver hits you. Six months down the line and they have only just made contact with the person who hit me... well their boyfriend, not even the driver. I have given them the details over and over again and yet I feel that I would have been better advised to go round and speak to the people myself. I really do not feel that the ball has ever been in motion with their claims team. Every time I call I get the same response... 'We have been sending letters'... for a £670 p.a. premium, well done, I really feel that I am getting my monies worth, 6 months of sending the occasional letter... perhaps sending a person would be advised? Well possible not, that would cost money wouldnt it.
