Their advertisements are pretty good, far much better than their service.
They do the job that they can't handle.
I have 10 thousand dollars transferred from China to United States through Western Union. I checked "transfer status" on your website that says it's available for me to pick it up. I went to the local agent and be noticed that they can't help me because they can't handle such an amount money like that. So I called the number, they tell me I can go to a local bank called wood forest bank and they should able to help me. I went to there and got simple refused with "we don't have it." I called the number again, and the agent told me to let the local agent contact with them. So I asked the banker to do that and they refused to do it. I had to call the third time. This time it total holds me on the phone more than half an hour! They gather my information and then transfer me to some one else about 5 or 6 times! Right now I still don't have a workable solution to get my money! I don't know if you guys doing this to everybody or just I wasn't lucky.
