Recommended garages not very good.
Bump in car. Needed new bumper. Direct Line dictate garage to use. Took 3 weeks to do 2 day job. Direct Line refused to do anything. Job was not done properly, seals and gaskets around rear light not replace. Car boot flooded. Direct Line refused to get involved, had to take back to garage. Staff on phone reluctant to pass to manager or higher up in company.
