Good Points

Nice looking and good price.

Bad Points

Customer service very, very, very poor.

General Comments

My tv has had a problem for over 3 months and they keep collecting for a week at a time - leaving me without a tv - then giving it back saying there is no problem with it! 3 times now it has been repaired and it still has the original fault. Don't buy Samsung - they cannot support you as good as other manufactures - trust me - they are bad.
