No good point whatsoever.
The people answering the phone don't seem to deal with your case, they take your details and then tell you someone will call you back. If someone does call you back you need to be able to answer your phone at any time as even when you point out that you can not answer you phone at certain times they call you whenever they want to. If you do need to make a claim I hope you have plenty of time to wait as we have been waiting for more than a week just to talk to someone who can deal with the claim and not a detail taker!
