product still not received after a month


General Comments

I ordered some wedding favors on June 11, 08 for a july 18th wedding. I got a phone call two weeks after I purchased the product and was told it was out of stock. Told me it will be available in July 8 and promised me it will be sent out the same day. I agreed and waited. I called them on July 8th and was told they're going to ship the order, 3 days later, I haven't received it. I felt that customer service was horrible! No help at all. I'm an IT Professional and if their database would only be updated once the items are out of stock, I think they wouldn't have such a big problem.
