Good Points

Friendly at first.


Bad Points

Told me I had a loan approved. I delivered the loan application forms duly signed. Got a call to say money would be in my bank within three working days. Then got a call to say it had been turned down. What on earth are they playing at. Very upset and disapapointed.


General Comments

I am very disappointed. I appreciate a mistake may have been made, but on two occasions they told me the loan was approved and then I had a call to say the money was going into my account. Half an hour later, it was all off and I was very upset. I did not get much sympathy.
