It was hilarious for a while.
Terrible acting, no factual accuracy, laughable plot, dialogue and sets utterly ridiculous.
I'm well aware that television dramas aren't documentaries and as such do not need to be factually accurate. However, for this program, factual accuracy would've given it at least one redeeming quality. But no, failure on all accounts. This might appeal to a family audience in the same way 'doctor who' does, but on a tuesday after the watershed and containing unsuitable scenes there's little chance of that happening. I just don't know what they were thinking, when they wrote/filmed/edited/produced this drivel?
Other than being enjoyable in a monty phythonesque manner for a while, it eventually became too silly to enjoy on that level.
Please someone, who likes it, write a review why, I'm really intrigued to know..............................in my opinion they've aimed at many potential audiences and it doing so, missed them all.
But maybe i'll watch the next one, just out of curiosity........surely that's not what the creators intended?
