Quick easy to use website, fast delivery, good communication via e-mail, cheap prices and good returns system.
No phone number
I ordered a T30 laptop from www.bigpockets.co.uk and asked a few questions regarding the warranty and was told if I wasn't happy they would collect it free of charge and give me a full refund. Ordered straight away after hearing that and it arrived the following day in mint condition. Loaded straight away with no rubbish installed. Over the moon for £160!
