Absolutely none at all.
You cannot complain to a very senior person as they are reluctant to give out their contact details! No communication at all - I wrote email after email asking questions with no response. They have a website where all your documents are stored which seems to make it ok not to reply to any questions you have. Watch out for costs that are not clear when you take out the contract. At the moment I am trying to get money back from them as they have taken commission based on 18 month tenancy which is signed for 12 months.
They are a poorly run company. Communication is bad and I would never use again, and certainly not recommend to anyone. I have never come across a company where they seem unwilling to give out senior peoples contact details so there is no one to complain to.
