Looks pretty and easy to assemble enjoyed to CD
Went rusty and can no longer be used
I was very happy with my pole got it for Christmas 2006. I have a house in Spain and I took it there in May 2007 as I have a gymn in the house and the construction of the house made the pole very stable.
I used it all summer as part of my work out. In October we closed up the house for the winter. The house has a climate control system so no humidity and constant temperature but the pole went rusty. We were a bit later than usual in visiting the house this year didnt visit until June 2008. I was upset about the rust and contacted Vertical Leisure. They are not being at all helpful.
I am sure that this particular pole was from a bad batch in manufacturer so they should deal with it it happens!!! But a discount on a new pole whihc is what I was offered is not acceptable.
Beware the poles are not that cheap and I only got 6 months use out of mine. Very poor customer service Just imagine the review if they had simply replaced the pole.
