Hard to think of any I must admit.

Not impressed by (non) availability of recent releases.
Website takes long time to load, as way too much content.
Amazon has just sold my custom to Lovefilm and I'm visiting this site, trying to find a better online dvd rental service. While Lovefilm had a lot of the same good points as Amazon, according to the publicity (but then all of these deals talk up the free postage and that you can keep the dvds as long as you like), and I was resigned to not being able to get to the rental list conveniently from the Amazon websites, I'm already a bit fed up with it. The turnaround time is no different, as far as I can tell, but instead of being able to define the order you want to receive discs in, Lovefilm only allows you to specify high, medium and low, and (so far as I can tell) gives no indication of availability. Today I received a "medium" disc, when I had quite a few specified as "high". Amazon never sent me the sixth or so on my list, which is what this is, and in any case gave me an idea of what discs were going to be in demand. I'm also not keen on the website. It's very busy, which irritates me and makes the pages slow to load. I've also had a number of times when I've had to log in several times in one visit, which is annoying. Plus the packaging of the discs seems quite flimsy to me, which seems an odd decision, compared to Amazon's quite thick envelopes and hard plastic DVD cases.
