So far haven't sent me anything I didn't want (but its only been 2 weeks).
Where do I start.
I was a Love Film customer for a couple of years up until 2005 when I changed to Amazon. I cancelled my account because of EXACTLY the same reasons as already stated here - I never got my top choices and they were very slow to dispatch what they did send. I remember I deleted all my 'low' priority discs to see if that would speed things up but it didn't. I therefore changed to Amazon who I have to say were absolutely excellent, and then my heart sank when I had a message saying they had been bought by Love Film. Anyway we have been a customer now for 2 weeks and nothing has changed - back to a slow service and our low priority discs being dispatched. My next payment goes out on 5.8.08 and I shall be cancelling before then if nothing changes. I have e-mailed them today and told them this - we'll see what happens!
If you're thinking of becoming a customer - I wouldn't. Take it from me.
