Good Points

No good points. Very disappointed.


Bad Points

Carrying handle is at the wrong end,
Hard to get the Hose out of the Cylinder,
Tools are horrible.


General Comments

Would NOT recommend the Morphy Richards 73172 ORB Bagless Cylinder Cleaner.
I renew my Vacuum Cleaners every Year so over the Years I have had many designs and makes.
I can Honestly say this is the worse Cleaner I have ever owned.
Design is just horrible.
I wont be coming back for another Morphy Richards. Thats for sure.
