Good Points

I purchased the frame for my wife for Christmas. It was easy to set up and operate once I got the plug to make contact in the back of the frame


Bad Points

The plug connection doesn't always make contact. When originally purchase it wasn't too bad but it has gotten worse over the months. If you wiggle it just right it works but most of the time I give up trying before I can get it to work.


General Comments

When I took the frame back to the Radio Shack where I purchased it they played around with it and said they couldn't do anything to help. They suggested I contact the manufacturer, it wasn't until I got home and read the back of the frame that I realized Radio Shack IS the manufacturer. Of course they did offer to sell me another one....yeah right.
