Visually stunning. Gameplay brilliant. Voice acting excellent. No noticeable drop of frame rate. Story was very well constructed and realistic. Multiplayer even better and great maps and challenges. I really like the Arcade mode too.
Too many grenades in single player with no accurate forewarning. Destructibles do not destruct as expected. Would like to see weapons and bombs have more effect on the environment such as in Bad Company. This in turn would increase kill rate both for player and AI. Would prefer a better cover system such as Rainbow Six Vegas.
Certainly a milestone leap forward from the other COD games. Well done Infinity Ward. This now raises the standard for other FPS to match. Great games take time to develop and well worth the wait. I hope the sequel will be more cinematic as in the imminent Killzone 2. Optional HUD etc. If you like shooters and don't have this game, I recommend it highly.
