Weight falls off while your on the diet.
I did the LighterLife diet last year for a holiday, I lost 5 stone in 4 months. I had to stop because I was having so many side effects. Since stopping I have nearly put all the weight back on as I have now become a worse binger than I was before I did the diet. I constantly think about food and what I'm going to eat next. I don't know if this another side effect of LighterLife. I think the diet is fantastic while you're 'into it' but I did suffer lots of side effects. I was hoping this diet would be my answer to my 20 years of being fat, but guess what I'm still the same person I was before I did the diet with the same food addiction. Good luck to anyone who is on LighterLife but don't be sucked in to thinking this is the answer to all your problems.
