I bought a Massage cushion from TV Deals and it worked well for a short time and then started to develop a fault, while it worked it did my back a lot of good.
This is not a good company to deal with I returned the faulty massage cushion and had to keep writing to request a refund I eventually received the refund but not the postage costs and I am have now contacted the Trading Standards and have had to write a letter and send it by Recorded Mail it is now 2 months ahead and I am still waiting.
Very poor company to deal with, products are substandard and after sales service is non existent.
