Good Points

I agree with all the points made so far. This is a good piece of software for managing products.


General Comments

Good software, support needs support.. The support can be rated as "ok", but combine that with the lag in response time because it is based in India, it goes down to "bad" in my opinion.

I'm running an internally hosted linux version, and I've run into snags with Celoxis and updating the JRE a couple times. It took me 2 days to get the responses I needed to run upgrades.
