Initially product was quiet, which was one of the selling factors.
Loading racks are cheap and wheels constantly break. Have broken several new wheels while installing. Pump motor is going out and the wiring harness needs to be replaced.
The customer service department is poor. After this LG LDS5811 dishwasher, LG has lost me as a customer and i will never purchase another LG product. When you pay $700 for an appliance and it lasts less than 2 years before major repairs then I think there's something wrong.
