I have suffered back problems for many many years now; I could not stand, sit, or go for a walk for any length of time. Over the years I have spent a lot of money time and effort, I would try anything to get pain relief. I first saw the Flexibak device in 2006 it looked a bit like a medieval contraption, so I gave it a miss. But a year later I was at a Flexibak presentation, my back was in chronic pain; pills just stopped working for me. So as the last straw I decided to try it out. It was one of the best things I ever had done as regards my back. After about four weeks the pain in my lower back started to fade away so much so I only take a few pain killers a month now. All you have to do it to lay on the floor; place the Flexibak device under your pelvis and rock gently from side to side for about ten minuets. By doing this it opens up your joints and to a victim back pain it feels like paradise. Please don ' t be put off by bizarre look of this piece of kit it might be the best purchase of your life.
