bulb goes out to often, the picture is not clear, I have 50 or 60 light pink dots the size of large cotton balls, Sony has a recall to replace the warped light door for models make in 2003 and 2004 but I have to pay $105.00 for a tech to come to my house and replace it....
I personally will never bring another Sony product into my house! I have continually contacted Sony with my dissatisfaction of this very expensive set, I paid $2,799.00 in Oct. 2003 to Circuit City for this on going nightmare!
