General Comments

i was recommended this jewellers by a colleague...and i must say it is one recommendation that i will be passing on.throughout the sale the assistant was very pleasant and extremely helpful.I felt a valued customer as despite not spending a great deal,the staff were very willing to get involved in helping my decision.During my visit, there was another customer demanding a refund.I must admit this customer was very rude and despite experiencing a torrent of abuse both the assistant and the manager remained calm and polite explaining the refund policy in a friendly manner (something which i don't think i could've done myself).i can honestly say that both my experience and seeing how they dealt with a complaint like that has definitely made me want to visit that shop again.I have not experienced service like that anywhere else.
