Late delivery times, broken promises, customer service
I am at this very moment stuck at home waiting for Argos to collect a new bike that was delivered to me 2 hours late on saturday since they can't tell you what time deliveries will be done. So I paid extra for weekend delivery, they arrived late on saturday and the item is terrible. It was not only difficult to put the bike together, the instructions are like put the wheel on, the aforementioned wheel was wobbly, the tools provided didn't work well, the pedals hit the front wheel once they were on, the brakes were misaligned (the front brake wheel didn't work at all, etc). So I asked for collection and refund and they told me i have to stay at home one wednesday because they don't collect on saturdays) After 8 hours waiting...no news. I will never buy in Argos anymore.
