Flight from Manchester to Orlando on time, food outward bound fairly good. Made good time into Orlando. (June 2008).
Not impressed at all with the inflight entertainment in that the controls were very awkwardly situated inside the armrest, the films/programmes were difficult to time so you could watch from the beginning, and on return flight the half hour comedy programmes were the same as on the outward flight. SOme members of cabin crew did not look as if they enjoyed their job in economy, lets put it that way! Food on return flight was dire.
This was our first transatlantic fligtht with Virgin, although we are regular visitors to Florida. Although we would not rule out travelling with them again, I would hope that at least some of the above mentioned problems would have been resolved.
