Good Points

Petplan have been fantastic paying my claims without any problems. Claims have been settled quickly and easily.


Bad Points

Premiums are expensive especially for their so called select breeds. As my other dog hadn't had a claim I changed his insurance because of the £250 limit for alternative treatments with Petplan.


General Comments

I have almost reached my limit per year on two occasions and Petplan have always paid them quickly and in full with no problems. My dog would almost certainly have had to be putdown by now if it hadn't been for Petplan allowing me to get the very best care for him without any worries about paying for it all. I still have ongoing claims for his two conditions and although his premiums are now expensive I have more than had back every penny I have paid in premiums over the 7 years he has been insured with them. Thank You to Petplan from the bottom of our hearts.
