The festival is extremely well organised. From the busses that take you to the site, the campsites the facilities everything.
The facilities on site are really good, i was shocked when i went to reading and saw the quality of them there.
The music is always good, maybe not your UK Top 20 but there is always big bands and good festival music
Its cheaper then any other music festival. Around 140 euros so bout 100 pounds on todays rates ( the 60 quid more for Reading will easily get you there. The food and drink inside is cheaper too.
Great atmosphere and although a lot of people are dutch, they all speak english and are very friendly.
Its only got 2 stages so chances are you will be able to see all the bands you want.

Not the most amazing line up.
Having 2 stages means theres plenty of clashes however the organisers know when they need no clashes and moby was on his own main stage for 2 hours (2008)
Rock Werchter is an amazing festival and although i think every festival is amazing because of the music, the people, the atmosphere at all of them is so good.
However i think that werchters organisation and more festival rather then popular music sets it apart and i reccommend it to anyone who wants to go to a festival
