Did not solve my problem to my satisfaction
I tried to reserve on 3 different occasions and failed to do so because of the apparent lack of respect and customer service. They are the least expensive airline flying to Ecuador but I'd rather pay more and know that I will be taken care of. There is no miami office, so I was always transferred. I spoke to 3 different sale peoples and they each seemed rude to me and unwilling to help. This airline was good to a point but I do not recommend anyone flying LAN.
