Quality of furniture
Upon delivery the quality of the furniture from Marks and Spencer Furniture (Sonoma dark table, chairs & dresser) seemed much poorer than that in the shop. We've had four sets of chairs and tables now and they're still not satisfactory. I paid for the furniture a year ago, even if they ever sort this out, I think the quality of the furniture will be less good than I'd expect from M&S. The labels in the shop suggested the furniture was "mainly oak" - I'd check very carefully how many bits of oak they can fit into one chair slat. The delivery drivers are polite, but the system is inconvenient.
