Good Points

None, so poor I don't think it's not worth bothering with.


Bad Points

Very bad customer services, they promised me things they don't do, they promise to phone me back and didn't. They then sent me a email telling you your phoned has been shipped and it will be with you in 5-7 working days. Then after said time no phone I call back and they say the phone hasn't been shipped yet. I now don't believe a word they say ever..........


General Comments

I lost my phone in the Netherlands whilst on a trip to help my friend decorate his new holiday home. Phoned life line and gave crime no. no problem I have European Cover and my claim was accepted ( glory I hear you say) I was told then I could go to the Dutch version of carphoneware house and pick up my replacement phone. So a 30 minute train ride to the nearest town I go into the shop and the assistant says he can't help me so I phone up again only to be put on hold for more than 30 minutes ( international call) I eventually speak to someone who tells me I shouldn't have gone to the shop ( well duhhh) no apology for time wasted. I then explain for the 10th time my problem and I'm phoning from Europe ( no sympathy there) I asked to be called back when they can tell me what's going on. 2 days later no call so I phone again, on hold again and have to explain everything again then i get told that no one at lifeline has sent a phone to Europe before and people normally wait till there back from holiday (then what is the point of having European cover) they say they will phone me back. No call for another two days. I phone again and tell them it has now been over a week since my claim was accepted and with the cost of phone calls back to the UK i could have walked into any shop and bought a replacement phone for half the cost of the calls. They say then that the claim will be handled as a complaint so i have to wait 72hrs for a reply (again not happy) so I wait 72hrs no reply again i phone then they say i will get a reply today. I eventually get a call saying my phone has been shipped and it will be 5-7 working days (glory) now it is 8 working days later and no phone i phone up again today only to be told my phone has not been shipped. What a waste of space please please don't take out a life line policy ever.
