I cannot think of any other than their website is enticing
Customer service is very bad, operators do not call you back when they say they will, they say they will authorise a refund immediately and it takes weeks. They only have one telephone number to contact them and it is always engaged.
If you have problems with the goods you receive from this company, you are likely to be in for a hard time to get a satisfactory resolution. Make sure you record all communication with their staff.
