The reviewers that complained must have gotten a defective gun. Once you adjust the 4x scope, my gun is pretty accurate )
1/2 inch groupings at 45-50 feet. My model shoots both BBs (from a chamber) or .177 pellets loaded one at a time.
Bad Points
Compared to a single pump .177 gun (like a Gamo), you can get tired of the repeated pumping. On the other hand, again comparing to a Gamo, there is a lot less recoil and / or bang.
General Comments
For the price, I find it excellent. For teenage kids it is very convenient since it is light. Fairly accurate. Came with a 4x scope.
