Good Points

The plane didn't crash and we landed in the right city.


Bad Points

Rude, last second cancellation, one person to process hundreds of people.


General Comments

Cancelled Krakow to London at time of check-in with no notice. On the day of rescheduled flight they tried to send us to Warsaw instead. Poor service, will never fly with them again. Will hopefully see compensation for missed flight out of London.
