Good Points

The first year it seem all right. It did cool the house down but now its not worth the money I paid for it.


Bad Points

Leaked on floor.


General Comments

I have taken my Gree KYD32 air conditioning to be fixed but they could not find out where the problem is. But it still leaks. It even leaked on to my wood floor in the living room making the wood lift off the floor. I now have to spend a small fortune to get the floor fixed.
