A really good and substantial product that assembled surprisingly easily - v happy bouncy kids

General Comments

We were missing a couple of parts, most likely due to a damaged box - but i say this as a positive because the service in replacing them was extremely prompt and flexible. It's when things go wrong you find out if a company provides good service and they were great.
