Poor initial customer services, hidden charges, poor communication, very poor general customer care.
General Comments
All nice as pie until they get you and then you are just a number on a list. I have suffered greatly with unwanted texts and they have done little to assist with solving the problem although they are more than happy to charge the earth for the service they provide...
